Industrialisation planning connects engineering maturity with manufacturing readiness. ECADSOL can define the production assumptions, build sequence, tooling, supplier dependencies, inspection points, test equipment, workforce skills and configuration information required to move beyond one-off prototypes. One planned element of this industrial model is the Dimbokro Campus in Côte d'Ivoire, but manufacturing and integration pathways may also use ECADSOL subsidiaries, qualified suppliers and partner facilities in other markets according to programme need.

Manufacture & Integration
Integrate controlled hardware and software into a known system configuration.
Manufacture and integration are governed against approved drawings, bills of material, software baselines, interface definitions and acceptance criteria. Where ECADSOL works with industrial partners, responsibilities and evidence requirements are defined so that the delivered asset can be traced to its approved baseline. Inspection and quality hold points are intended to detect and resolve non-conformance before final acceptance rather than relying on end-stage inspection alone.

Quality and configuration management provide the audit trail that supports safe change and repeatable delivery. After-sales services
Support the customer after delivery without losing technical control.
Post-delivery support is planned around the actual operating model, training need, spares philosophy, software update route and support infrastructure. Service arrangements can be tailored to customer sovereignty objectives, including progressive transfer of maintenance and support capability where appropriate. The intent is a supportable capability package rather than a one-time hardware sale, combining spares, technical support, training and controlled customer-response processes as appropriate.

Through-life Analysis

ECADSOL uses through-life analysis to assess support burden, obsolescence, upgrade paths, maintenance concepts and configuration growth.
